Time? What time?

Hey guys...Yep, it's been awhile as my dear grandmother reminded me the other day. I've just been suuuuuuuuuper busy. Don't believe me? This my typical day.

somewhere between 6:00 & 6:30ish - drag my tired body out of bed to get ready for the day
7:00 - dance practice
8:00 - latin technique class
9:00 - 5:00 - work
6:00/6:30 - 9:30 - dance practice and hopefully find dinner somewhere in there
9:45 - finally get home and relax for a little bit
11:00 - bed time!

Other than a computer screen, this about all I see every day:

5 hours of dance a day + 7-8ish hours of work = one tired Racquel. Guys, I'm absolutely crazy busy but I absolutely love it. It's a ton of work, especially having 2 dance partners, but both of them are absolutely fabulous and it's so much fun. Be ready for some crazy good dance skills comin' your way! Haha. But really though. I hope I improve after all of the work I'm putting in.

Speaking of hard work, guess who's headed on an LDS mission to the Dominican Republic this week? One of my best friends from elementary school, Miss Emily!

I got to go see her one last time today before she leaves on Wednesday. I also met up with Teressa (on the right), who was also part of the elementary school best friends gang (we're just missing Loren, who's on her mission in Japan right now), and Anna (on the left), who I've been friends with since middle school. It was like a teeny tiny reunion, and it was fun to hear about what everyone's been up to.  [Also, notice the skirt I'm wearing? DI find. Isn't it great?! I'm in love. If I never have a love life again, that's okay because I'll have my skirt. :P] Anna is also going on a mission, so Teressa and I'll just live it up here at home, you know, when I have time to actually do that.

Anyway, that's life right now. It won't change much, but I'll make sure to blog about my family's road trip to the northwest when I get back. I can't wait to visit Seattle again. Now, time for some watermelon... :)
